Let me introduce myself, I am Jason Pastrana, the Artist.

Born in the Kingdom of New York, I moved and was raised in Florida where I developed my natural artistic craft. Action figures would bend to my will as I preserved their forms on paper.

I attended the Maryland Institute College of Art where I trained in Illustration and 3D art. Flanked by both traditional painters and more modern technical work, I unlocked greater potential to bring my vivid imagination to life. I was ever closer to reaching the great Pantheon of artists who came before.

Over the coming years, I traveled the land of videogames, lending my artistic vision to the likes of Firaxis and Disney. I accumulated experience working across a variety of genres and was eventually called on by Mohawk Games to work on Old World.

Using grace, precision and flair, I paint life into the portraits of leaders and their kin. As with any good artist, I research my subjects extensively to ensure authenticity in my craft. I use this keen eye in my grounds-keeping where my magic skills inform on the health and cures of any garden.

Born in the English Capital of London and raised among the ruins of Greece, I spent much of my youth sailing across the shimmering waters that surrounded me. I have conquered various academic institutions, adding to my impressive arsenal of qualifications including Engineering, Naval Architecture, and Hydrodynamics.

Through each conquest, the art of Programming called out to me with its siren song and I could not resist but to train myself in its complex ways – a fruitful endeavor.

As an active member of the Civilization community, I reverse engineered game mechanics to discover optimal strategies and tactics. Through a fortunate invitation from a friend, I joined the elite ranks of Programmers on Civilization IV.

Though our paths split momentarily, I was reunited with the veterans when I joined Mohawk Games to once again lend my support, this time developing systems and AI on Old World.

I am not just Greek but I am Great!

Hailing from Montreal and settling in New York, I have prospered in every step of my journey.

Immersed deeply in games, I provided my services as a designer and producer to the tribe of 1st Playable. I perfected coordination of the game hub at GSAS at Renslear Polytechnic Institute, growing the local games ecosystem and providing programs to allow their students to flourish. My skills are now used at Mohawk Games, as an Associate Producer on Old World. I have a keen eye on detail, I leave no stones unturned. I unearth the unseen and fix the unsolvable.
An experienced traveler with an affinity for socializing at events across the plains of North America. My feedback is heard for I am paying attention to all things games.

My name is Anais Lingle, I am a Baltimorian.
I am known around Old World communities as the Patch Notes Santa. I am a pet wrangler and conqueror of bugs.
With a background in Engineering, I now find myself as a QA Lead. I have experience under my belt working on the bugs of Lord of the Rings: War in the North, and there are no boundaries to my might from Zynga to Zenimax’s Fallout Shelter.

I strive to improve and change the world around me, and I will look after the people around making sure everyone is well, including myself, whether it is near my home in Baltimore or throughout the gaming industry.

My name is Shahan, Mark Shahan. I am not one to be crossed. I lead with determination and vigilance, and in my spare time I sharpen my blades and cut my spears. I was involved in the making of Pirates, Civilizations, and in years past I created wonders.
 From West Virginia to Pennsylvania, I conquer the lands I travel.
 Today, my home is where my tribe is. I am the Lead Artist at Mohawk.  

If you do not know how to manipulate your Leader-heads, you might want to follow my advice. I am an expert. I will craft a whole army for you. Stand aside and be in awe of my might.

The world was not prepared for my power, so I had to go Offworld. When I realized the extent of my might, I traveled through time and founded Empires to recreate the Old World. I am Soren (Thor) of the Johansons.

I am a scholar of Stanford. My Viking roots spread to Firaxis, which resulted in Civ III and Civ IV. I had to expand my reach wider to Electronic Arts and, somehow, Zynga. Eventually, I became an uncontainable force, and I had to start Mohawk Games in 2013. Now, I do what I want, and I am the ultimate leader of the entire universe, unleashing my designs to all humankind for centuries to come.

I appeared upon Survios and apprenticed in Virtual Reality, then improved my skills before wearing the Funken Hosen of Sparkypants. I am one of a kind, while my clan are masters of the culinaries, I venture towards the arts. Check out my abilities in bringing to life animals, machines, and humans. I impressed all humankind, glad Mohawk was wise enough to seek me.

I am Nathan Glemboski, of Tulsa, Oklahoma. King of Animation and creator of life in all inanimate objects of the 3D world. I graduated from Animation Mentor in 2009. I was hired as a full time character animator & 3D generalist at Steelehouse Productions. There I became the Lead Animator. For 10 years I had endless opportunities from short films, to 3D animated cartoon series, to VR and AR experiences, to games. I’ve also expanded to VFX and compositing work on several feature films while at Steelehouse. Find me bringing to life all that is lifeless in Old World, Mohawk Games needs my counsel.
